Miraval Spa

Super luxury mellow trip that challenges you about life, balance, and choice. If you want it to it can challenge you physically and emotionally as well as financially, but it's all worth it. We went with a group of 4 girls for 3 days and had the most incredible time. Highly recommended. Some people have said Canyon Ranch does it for them, but I've been to both and this is better. We did exercise classes, seminars, spa treatments and nutrition. Everything you would ever want. Go!!!

Tips and Advice:

• Pricing, but everything is included so don't skimp
• You must do the quantum leap!
• Fly into Tucson the night before and stay at an airport hotel. That way you won't miss any time at Miraval.
