Big White Ski Resort

Spring Skiing at Big White

Big White Ski Resort is great for group trips as most of the accommodations throughout the resort are within walking distance of the main village and the ski lifts.

We enjoyed a fabulous trip with lots of great skiing in knee deep powder. There is runs for every ability and some fun snow covered tree (called 'snow ghost') skiing too!

The village is small but offers every amenity you need. There's a market for groceries, a wide selection of restaurants and even a bit of shopping. For the non-skiiers, there are still lots of activities such as ice skating, horse sleigh rides, snow tubing and bonfire nights.

We stayed in a two bedroom condo in the Moguls complex rented through Owner Direct Vacation Rentals. This allowed us to cook some of our own meals and since it was ski in/out, we could even stop in for lunch too. The complex offered a shared hot tub, games room and was within walking distance of the village so we could visit the bar in the evening.

Overall I highly recommend Big White as an excellent group ski trip destination.
