What better way to shrug off the winter months then watching the boys of summer get ready for the upcoming baseball season during Spring Training? A trip to Arizona or Florida is great therapy following weeks of rain and snow.

A Spring Training trip gives the true fan the ability to get up close and personal with your favorite players. The smaller baseball parks bring you close to the action, allowing you to see professional athletes shagging fly balls, working with their coaches, imparting wisdom to younger players, and giving back to the fans. During Spring Training, the players are more relaxed and willing to talk and interact with the spectators, and ticket prices are lower.

Arizona's Cactus League and Florida's Grapefruit league both provide an unforgettable experience. You can't go wrong with either destination. In Arizona, all the stadiums are in close proximity to Phoenix, so you can see just about every team in the Cactus league if you choose to. Florida stadiums are located on both coasts, and it's best to pick one location. In addition to baseball, Arizona and Florida boast great golf, dining options, shopping, and travel deals.
