Note: All vehicles are fully equipped with all cooking utensils, crockery, cutlery and freshly laundered linen including sheets, duvets/sleeping bags, pillows/slips, towels and tea towels.  You should bring an extra towel for swimming and a face cloth, also a first aid kit and torch as these are not supplied. 

Rental Insurance
LEVEL 1: Standard Insurance (compulsory)
NZ$15.00 per day compulsory insurance is payable upon collection of vehicle (valid until 30th April 2007) Included in the standard rate - no extra payment required. (valid from 1st May 2007) This has a per accident damage excess of NZ$4500 (for all clients).
LEVEL 2: Street Smart Insurance (optional)
Hires must be a minimum of 7 days hire for this option. Additional NZ$19 per day (non refundable) reduces the excess to NZ$2500 (for all clients) payable directly to Rental company by clients upon pick up of vehicle
LEVEL 3: Freedom Plus Insurance (optional)
Additional NZ$35 per day reduces the excess to NIL (not available to drivers 24 years or under or drivers who have only held a full license for under 1 year) payable directly to rental company by clients upon pick up of vehicle

Remarks:

• Minimum 7 Days motor home rental
• Collected from 0800 onwards on first day of hire and returned no later than 1800 on the last day of hire.
• One Way Rentals - No extra cost for one way rentals. However you must start and finish your hire at whichever terminal is nominated on your rental agreement. Change of destination must be authorized and a relocation fee of up to NZ$750 will apply.
• License & Minimum Age - A full resident country drivers license, held for at least two years, is to be presented at the time of rental. If the license is not in English characters, an international drivers license is required. Drivers must be 21 years of age and over.
• Pick up and Drop off Locations - Auckland & Christchurch
• Road Restrictions - Motorhomes can only be driven on sealed/bitumen or well maintained roads. No vehicle shall be driven on Skippers Road (Queenstown), Ninety Mile Beach (Northland), Ball Hut Road (Mt Cook), Colville Township to Port Jackson (Coromandel Peninsula).
• Air ticket(s) must be issued and full payment must be received within 7 days of reservation
• Prices do not include $350 to $450 per person air taxes, security fees and fuel surcharges
• Major credit cards accepted; credit card authorization required
• Air ticket not refundable once ticketed. Change penalty of $300 per person once ticketed; Pacific Holidays' general cancellation policy applies; travel insurance strongly recommended
• When promotional fare for air or rental are sold out at the time of reservation, next level of fares will apply. Prices may increase.
