Vancouver, British Columbia offers you and the guys with natural beauty for outdoor sports with a cosmopolitan party vibe for indoor fun. You can hit the dirt and water by day, get cleaned up, and then go out on the town at night.

For exhilarating adventure on land, grab some mountain bikes. Many world-class trails are within a 20-30 minute drive from Vancouver. The

. Many trails include obstacles such as ladders, skinny logs, bridges, and boulder drops. Get advice from a local bike shop if you're not sure where to ride, as the difficulty of trails varies dramatically here and many trails don't loop back to their starting point. Some trails can be ridden year round, but the best time for riding is March through October.

Vancouver's adventures by water won't disappoint either. Great

is accessible via bus from the city, such as the calm waters of Burrard Inlet and False Creek. On the North Shore, paddle right out from Deep Cove to explore

Indian Arm
