How the Hyatt Regency Indianapolis stands out

My whole thing is finding a hotel that helps me become my best self.  Downtown hotels are always a thrill for me.  Go out and enjoy the city then come back and relax in comfort – that’s a good day when you can get it.

The Hyatt Regency Indianapolis has an indoor pool – and I’m always looking for hotels with indoor pools.  I just always get a great rush when I hit the water - doesn’t really matter the outside weather.  Of course, jump in when it’s below freezing outside for the special thrill.

It is a treat to have so many restaurants, bars, and attractions just outside your door.  And coming back to recharge in luxury is a beautiful thing as well.  This is definitely the kind of place to get back your best self.

I researched the fees for the top hotels in the area.

Free Internet access.

No resort fee.

Valet parking is $48 per night, check for current rates.

I don’t like any fees at all and this parking fee is definitely a big chunk of money.  Of course if you can avoid it, don’t park a car at the hotel.  Or, if you won’t use it you can park at a self parking garage and save some money.

Either way, we’re staying for pennies on the dollar with points.

Indoor Pool

Why it’s good with points

The Hyatt Regency Indianapolis is a great downtown escape.  You can absolutely recharge and get your mood on the upswing.

King Room

You’ll use just 8,000 points per night for a King room.  Get a World of Hyatt credit card with a 50,000 bonus point sign-up bonus.  You’ll be able to stay for 6 nights.  That’s a long stay with just one credit card bonus.

I have to say that of course this is a beautiful downtown hotel.  Lots to like about it for sure.  For me, a big draw is the indoor pool.  Nothing says you need a staycation like the Winter blues.  Escape and enjoy the indoor pool.  It’s a great mood changer for sure.

Really this hotel can turn around your mood.  Just get on board and make it happen for yourself.

And always have a partner get the credit card bonus – that’s double the points and double the nights.
