How Hyatt Regency Milwaukee stands out

My whole thing is finding a hotel that helps me become my best self.  A luxury downtown hotel with lots to do in the area is always a treat.

Milwaukee has everything from an amazing Milwaukee Art Museum to the Harley-Davidson Museum.  There are family activities including the Milwaukee County Zoo and still lots of restaurants and bars.

Go out and explore the area and catch the vibe in Milwaukee downtown.

After a day out come back to your luxury hotel in the heart of it all.  This is the kind of place you can lift up your mood and get your best self.

I researched the fees for the top hotels in the area.  While not all free, this one is on the low end for sure.

Free Internet access.

Self parking is $20 per night and Valet parking is $31 per night, check for current rates.

No resort fee.

Ugh, I don’t like fees.  I wish I could wipe them away from all point bookings.  Well, here in this world I’ll just have to accept for now that parking in downtown locations is pricey.  That’s all there is to it.

Now of course we’re getting an amazing deal paying pennies on the dollar with points.  That will keep my mood on its upswing for sure.

Why it’s good with points

A downtown hotel really is one of my go to ways to uplift my mood.  The excitement gives me that change of pace so I can get myself into that upswing.

The Hyatt Regency Milwaukee has plenty of space for us to relax in luxury.  Then when it’s time to eat there are great options in the hotel itself and so many more within blocks.

A night in a King Room is 8,000 points.  Get a World of Hyatt credit card with a 50,000 sign-up bonus – that’s six free nights.  That’s a lot of value in a luxury hotel for just one credit card.

Stretch out in 300 square feet, with one king bed and standard room amenities, including a large computer desk and complimentary Wi-Fi.

Or upgrade to a suite for more living space, a wet bar, and magnificent views of downtown or the Milwaukee River.

The Executive Suite is 13,000 points per night.  The credit card bonus plus points from earning the bonus will get you four nights in this Suite.  As you see, there is huge value in the Hyatt points here.

Executive Suite

Revel in 550 square feet, with one king or two double beds and a separate room, which includes an open sitting area with views of downtown Milwaukee.

The Grand Suite is 16,000 points per night.  With a 50,000 point bonus you get three nights in this Suite.  I mean this Suite is bigger than most condos.  It’s pretty unbelievable to get so much from one credit card.
