How the Intercontinental New Orleans stands out
YOUR BEST SELF
My whole thing is finding a hotel that helps me become my best self. Walking out the door to enjoy the French Quarter is a thrill. That’s enough for me to get my best self rising up.
The Intercontinental New Orleans is a great hotel on its own. Trenasse serves tasty creole food – sometimes it is a luxury to come back to the hotel for lunch or dinner. The rooms are comfortable with an understated feel that is a mix of modern and elegant.
The rooftop pool is a fun spot to go for a swim or just hang out and relax. It's a great place to relax and recharge. Definitely an amazing day to go to the pool and then step out the door to all the fun of New Orleans.
Go out and enjoy New Orleans – from all the history within walking distance to the French Quarter night life. Feel that energy and get your best self out and about.
AVOID THE FEES
I researched the fees for the top hotels in the area. The Intercontinental New Orleans is on the low end overall, but watch out for parking.
Valet parking is $47 per night, check for current rates.
No resort fee.
So everyone knows I don't like fees. $47 for parking is ouch. No way around that.
Obviously, the best you can work around needing to bring a car. Beyond that know you're still getting an amazing stay for pennies on the dollar. And if you can do without parking, you are staying completely without any fees at all.
