Prospector Golf Course
Prospector Golf Course

Family friendly Rope Rider Golf Course is named after the coal miners who precariously balanced themselves on the coal cars that maneuvered the steep slopes of mine shafts. The foundations and portals of mines No. 9 and 10 remain on the course, along with Tipple Hill - a 120-foot hill of coal tailings.

How The Inn at Suncadia stands out

YOUR BEST SELF

My whole thing is finding a hotel that helps me become my best self.  The beautiful landscape at Suncadia sets a relaxing mood.  And the resorts packs in the fun things to do.

Activities in or near the resort include golf, horseback riding, fishing, and a spa.  Even some things you don’t often get a chance to try like archery and axe throwing.

Throw in amazing hiking trails, a pool, water slide, ice skating, stargazing, and generally enjoying the mountain air.  There’s something for everyone to love.

Enjoy the mountain and then go back to your room or another comfortable spot around the resort to recharge.  This is the kind of place to get back your best self.

AVOID THE FEES

I researched the fees for the top hotels in the area.  The Suncadia Resort is the clear winner.

Resort fee included with points reservation.

Self parking included in resort fee.

Internet access included in resort fee.

Basically what this means is that when you book with points you don’t pay the resort fee AND you still get free self parking and free internet access.

It’s almost unbelievable.  Getting a resort this nice and not having to pay any fees is a rare thing.  Enjoy!

Why it’s good with points

Suncadia Resort has the beautiful setting and so many activities to go along with it.  You can golf or go to a spa.  Then there are the things you can’t do very many places like fly fishing, axe throwing, and archery.

With the long list of activities you’ll find your way to enjoy nature.  Then your room is going to welcome you back to a nice comfortable space.

That’s a great way to get your mood going in the right direction.  You can really get yourself into your best mood in a place like this one.  That’s always the most important thing for me.

An Inn Room, King Bed is 20,000 points per night.

Get a World of Hyatt credit card with a 50,000 point sign-up bonus.  You’ll get two nights.

As always, it’s even more interesting when you get a partner to also get the 50,000 point bonus.  Combine the points in one account – you’ll have enough points to stay five nights.  That’s a lot of value and a lot of nights from two cards.

Get your best mood in the Suncadia Resort.

Sapphire points are worth one Hyatt point.  A Sapphire credit card is a great way to get even more Hyatt points than you can with the Hyatt Credit Card.
